Apa khabar ? Dah makan malam? Harap Jack Knight dah makan dan sekarang berada dalam keadann seronok.

i, mitras, anggap saudara Jack Knight ia lah Pakar TA dan FA. Oleh itu i nak meminta jack knight memberi nasihat kepada i, mitras , tentang TA/FA saham PERISAI dan juga beri nasihat tentang risiko2 yang boleh menjejaskan penilaian saham Perisa ni.

Dari segi TA:
Nampak nya harga Perisai@1.53 petang ni dah melangit. Harga yang sederhana(bukan yg paling menarik) nak masuk dari segi TA ia lah 1.43. Harga yang paling menarik nak masuk Perisai ia lah 1.29 betul kah?
KESIMPULAN: Oleh sebab informasi yang di jelaskan di-atas kesimpulan yang tepat dari segi TA sekarang ia lah harga 1.53 dah melangit dan harga ni tak sesuai nak beli dari segi TA. Saudara Jack Knight setujui dengan kesimpulan TA ini.


Dari segi FA:
Ada pelbagai cara nak menilai harga Perisai.
Pertama Penilaian: Perisai ada beberapa ASSETS bukan. Apa kah nilai Grahamm net net PERISAI sekarang?
Net Net Working Capital = Cash and short-term investments + (0.75 * accounts receivable) + (0.5 * inventory) – total liabilities

Kedua Penilaian: Apa kah Enterprise value saham PERISAI setakat ini?
Enterprise Value = Market Capitalization + Minority interest + Total Debt - Cash

Ketiga Penilaian: Cara menilai saham Perisai mengikut DCF METHOD
soalan yg pertama ia lah "Apa lah Weighted Average Cost of capital bagi Perisai. Perisai ada ekuiti dan pinjaman bank. Apa kah nilai "required return on capital" nak di gunakan untuk menilai Perisai secara NPV( Net Present Value)

Keempa Penilaian: Ada kah Perisai memberi dividend payout? Kalau ada apa kah nilai Perisai dari GORDON DIVIDEND GROWTH MODEL?

Faktor Faktor RISIKO: Agak nya PERISAI ada RISIKO amat TINGGI yang i, mitras, telah jelaskan kepada saudara awal tadi. Risiko ini i percaya tak di faktorkan dalam report ringkas CIMB itu.

Core EPS pada tahun 2013 = 8 sen, 2014= 11 sen, 2015 =16 sen

Jikalau risiko2 yangg di jelaskan tadi terjadi dalam masa akan dating ia itu dalam jangka masa 3 tahun akan datang, Nilai Core EPS yang di-sebutkan olen CIMB akan tejejas ia itu AKAN TURUN. Ada kemungkinan Perisai tak ada core EPS. Kalau ini terjadi bagaimana kah saudara jack knight nak menilai Harga Saham Perisai ni?

KESIMPULAN:
Oleh yang demikian PE 15.8 yang di berikan oleh CIMB mungkin tak sesuai dengan RISIKO Tinggi ni. Erti nya dari penilaian mengikut FA,harga penamat Perisai @ RM 1.53 petang ni tak sesuai dengan risiko Tinngi yang di-jelaskan di atas. Erti nya, harga 1.53 ada lah TINGGI dari segi cara menilai saham mengikut FA

Dari segi TA harga 1.53 dah melangit dan harga ni tak sesuai nak masuk beli.

KEPUTUSAN MUKTAMAT:
Harga PERISAI @ 1.53 amat tinggi dari penilaian saham Perisai mengikut FA. TAK BOLEH BELI SAHAM PERISAI DARI PENILAIAN FA SEKARANG.
Harga PERISAI @1.53 dah MELANGIT. Oleh yang demikian, TAK BOLEH BELI PERISAI dari segi TA

KEPUTUSAN TA + FA INI MENUNJUKKAN BAHAWA HARGA PERISAI @1.53 TINGGI. OLEH DEMIKIAN PARA PELABUR PELABUR DAN BAKAL PELABUR PERISAI DI NASIHATKAN JANGAN MASUK BELI SAHAM PERISAI @ 1.53.

cimb target price 2.51..uob target 1.70. should be testing 1.70 if breaks 1.70 then higher high is achievable

its a fundamental stock with breaking news, substantial earnings capabilities with future contracts at hand and of course plus high volume :)

most research house just updated the new value of this stock and was featured on front top page of thestars investing today...so do you expect it to rise just a few cents?

do allow me to inform that when it drops it's because of fear, its a cycle..not usually profit taking but loss taking in many cases. (if you're investing long enough you'll understand wht i mean)

do research on value and if you're investing on value it's hard to be wrong. patience works. if you know ta its still on its uptrend, normal retrace and consolidation is expected just like all stocks.

fearful investor will be gone soon only investors tht know the true value of a company will stay when new buyers move it.

他称，国内油田开采量有限，促使国家石油积极勘探和发掘新油田，以维持产量。

Perisai's FPSO vessel, Perisai Kamelia, has hit first gas at the Kamelia field in the North Malay Basin. This marks the company's entry into the FPSO segment and its transformation from a bareboat charterer to operator. We continue to value the stock at 15.8x CY15 P/E, a 30% discount to the P/E valuations of oil & gas big caps. We continue to recommend an Add and the stock remains our top pick among the oil & gas small caps. Successful FPSO and drilling ventures are potential re-rating catalysts.

What Happened
Perisai announced that Perisai Kamelia, its floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel deployed at the Kamelia field, has completed start-up and commissioning, and that the vessel's charter commenced last month. The vessel is providing support to US-based Hess's early production activities under a 3+3-year contract, which has a value of US$272m for the primary charter. There is potential for another US$271m if the contract is fully extended.

What We Think
We are encouraged by the charter commencement after a delay since late Jul. The start of gas production at Kamelia marks the company's entry into the FPSO segment and its transformation from a bareboat charterer to an operator. Early contributions from the vessel will be reflected in 4Q13 results, reducing the earnings vacuum caused by two idle assets, namely the mobile offshore production unit, Rubicone, and pipelay barge, Enterprise 3. Management is scouting for contracts for these two assets, which completed their respective projects in Sep 2013. We expect the vessel to be Perisai's biggest net profit contributor in FY14, making up 40% of its bottom line (Figure 1).

What You Should Do
Accumulate the stock. Perisai's prospects are attractive following its entry into the FPSO and drilling segments. The company will be rolling out its first jack-up, Perisai Pacific 101, in Jun 2014, followed by a second one in 2Q15. FY14-15 could be record years due to contributions from the FPSO vessel and jack-ups.
