You should not use word "accumulate" ..... Totally wrong... Do you know how many % EPF owned Perisai on Sept 2013 ? The answer is 9%... On Sept 2012 ? The answer is 7.5% ....

Looks like downtrend for Perisai is probably over by todays closing. Can look forward to slow up trending price of Perisai in the near future.

Fundamental stocks exist for a reason. I reckon perisai will do a comeback soon.

keith88, now perisai is trading at it's support 1.27, good stock for accumulation. TP is still there... ini oil and gas, when moved, you will be tired to chase, calmly accumulate it... this stock also had already in oversold position in quate a long time, since early august... :) :)
