It was rumoured that Bursa trading system has hanged due to a massive turnover in trading orders.

At the time of writing, price quotes across online platforms have frozen.

Did this cheater and liar @pang72 inform everyone here that Ancom Logistics announced to the Bursa today the following facts ?

Ancom Logistics announced its proposed takeover of S5 from the latter's existing shareholders, namely S7 Holdings Sdn Bhd, Merrington Assets Ltd, MY EG Capital Sdn Bhd and Avocat Sdn Bhd at a price to be determined later after an independent valuation is done

Ancom Logistics will fulfil the purchase by issuing new ordinary shares to the vendors at 10 sen apiece

The vendors will then make a mandatory general offer for all of Ancom Logistics shares that they do not already own

The issue price of shares from ancom lb at 10 cents to vendors to acquire s5 does not reflect what current market price should be. After issuance of new shares and vendors hit min threshold, then mgo need to be extended. The mgo price needs to be min 10 cents and above. Even if its 10 cents, traded share price in open market need not follow that. Its based on supply and demand. There will be people willing to pay above mgo price than vendors. Dont forget myeg paid 90 mil for 10% of s5.

Be objective, S5 bringing a minimum RM60M a year to ALB. (In fact in they can give a profit guarantee). Now how much you/investor willing to pay? Don't worry how much S5 pay for this shell co, they are not selling it to you that price. In stock market we always value by p.e. Similar co; Dsonic p.e. 32.
