Heard that Intech Solutions, an australian owned company wish to buy cuscapi. Is this true? Anyone can verify. Intech Solutions want to make their prressence in asia region.

@Dylan: If you have excess fund to hold then LT should be very promising. Personally I would hold this at least till its listing in Main Board and see how. Cheers!

客凯易预计2012财年营业额能维持双位数增长，但盈利表现因投资新产品与扩展市场而持平；并估计2013年的系列企业活动后再决定派息政策。

总执行长余曹祥表示，截至今年首9个月营业额已达4606万令吉，而他们有信心可达全年目标6100万令吉；然而，营运开销增加难免压低净利，所以相信第四季净利表现与过去一季无异。

他相信，过去一年的积极投资和努力将在2013财年第二季看到成果。

针对派息政策，余曹祥希望今年可维持过去两年的派息率，即每股1.5仙。

客凯易目前没有正式的派息政策，他强调必须在确保盈利增长稳定、即2013年之后才宣布其派息政策。

客凯易计划扩大市场、推出新产品和新盈利循环经营模式，以在未来3年营业额可增长3倍，净利随之增长5倍，其中海外营收贡献从明年50%目标，提高至70%。
Cuscapi plans to expand the markets, introduce new product and new formats of profit-cycle operation, so that its revenues could increase by 3 fold in the next 3 years, profit increasing by 5 foldm and its oversea revenues increase from the 2013 target of 50% to 70%.

他提到，明年首季将推出投资额近400万令吉、自行研发的新产品———自助平板电脑；而试跑发现，使用后的客户盈利每月可增加2.5倍。此外，明年第四季将推出适合快餐服务客凯易自动贩卖机。
The Q1 2013 would introduce its self-R&D new product - "self service tablet which has been invested nearly RM4mil. Trial run shows that customers' profit could increase by 250% monthly. Moreover, by 2013 Q4 Cuscapi vending machine which suits fast food service will be launched.
