Agree. At least the new tablet solution will boost 10% of cuscapi overall earnings in short term. The moving from ACE to main listing wil be the main driver for Cuscapi not discarding the possibility of being acquired given the value and international presence of Cuscapi.

Last few years Cuscapi has been strengthening its regional market reach especially China which is the most populated market for food n beverage business, besides Philippine, Indonesia etc . Now is its reaping period of such groundwork as well as further enhancing its expansion plan. One thing should be noted, though it's ACE stock, still had attracted foreign fund Halley Sicav holding its 6% shares.

Reason dun know. But 2 things: -
1) It's warrant, not the shares.
2) The price transacted were higher than market price (21st - highest).

So the buyer was willing to pay for that price. Could not be bad news.

another piece of news is that most investors are lining up for this once they transfer the listing to mainboard which is not new..but..the good news is that the demand is there and cuscapi needs to 'goreng' the share up so that it is not so easy to be bought up by big investor to protect their interest.
