yes max as long as fundamental still strong will hold many cant hold because market seen not good when good they will buy higher than this price people know buy lower sell higher but sometimes is buy higher sell lower haha

Once it's on auto pilot mode, people are easily throwing especially losing patience and confidence. When "人气" drains out, more effort is needed to gain back the attention and interest. Hope its quarter result makes some significance, otherwise main board listing also cant help much.

closed period = 30 days. Directors are obligated to report to SC if they have intention to buy/ sell share within 30 days before the Q report being announced. This to avoid some irresponsible directors who have first hand info about upcoming financial report aka company performance, to carry out secret buy sell.

yes. But is pretty "standard" practice to all listed companies simply because this is a requirement. By following the news closely, i suppose any sell could be due to possible tapering in september. Every fall back is a buying opportunity for potential counter like cuscapi.
