General Meeting good news;
宏流（GRANFLO，0056，主板科技股）总裁陈木丰设下目标，明年产业发展业务的发展总值（GDV）将提高至5亿令吉，并期望在同年可贡献50%的营业额。
宏流在今天的股东特别大会，获得批准将业务多元化至产业发展，陈木丰披露，目前手上持有两项发展总值共2亿8300万令吉的产业计划。
“我们正在谈着第三项计划，希望在明年时，发展总值可顺利达到最少5亿令吉。”
宏流在去年8月，通过买入槟城产业发展公司Jalur Bina的52%股权，进军产业发展领域。
该公司最近也在大山脚，推出了发展总值达6300万令吉的半独立和独立式单位。
全年净利1324万
随后，宏流在今年4月宣布，买入INNOCERIA产业发展公司的50%股权，借此扩大业务版图。
由于INNOCERIA正在发展Vortex商业园区，且发展总值达2亿2000万令吉，所以股权一旦易手，宏流可即时获得盈利贡献。
此外，INNOCERIA也向宏流做出在未来两年，整体净利达1500万令吉的担保。
这也意味着，该交易可贡献宏流750万令吉的净利，或超越上财年全年净利的25%。
截至2013财年全年，宏流净利报1324万4000万令吉，营业额则有8965万令吉。
宏流原本的主要业务，分别是条码、射频、企业数据收集。
与2公司洽联营项目
陈木丰表示，宏流将让产业发展成为核心业务，并且会继续物色合适发展机会，务求让产业发展在明年，贡献营业额50%的目标。
“目前，我们会先专注在槟城，因为土地比较便宜，而且未来升值潜能高，可以更快速增长盈利。”
他也透露，正在与2家公司商谈联营发展另一计划的可能，但细节未能公布。
“该发展计划应该会在峇都加湾，将会是服务式公寓。不过，这些项目还未落实，希望明年初公布好消息。”
他看好中上价位产业市场，未来产业计划也会定位在此，目标买家是专业和行政人员。
“我们会持续物色并购计划和土地，也会留意槟城以外的地区机会。”
宏流现持有2000万现金，为净现金公司，目前没有向资本市场筹资计划，先以内部资金推动业务发展。
