Further to the announcements made on 1 April 2015 and 3 April 2015, the Board of Directors of Excel Force MSC Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to update on the legal suits against Capital Market Risk Advisor Sdn Bhd (“CMRA”), its 52% owned subsidiary company. The learned Judge has directed the parties to put in written submission for the application of Risk-X Sdn. Bhd. ("the Plaintiff") for the injunction. The Court has also fixed 3 June 2015 for hearing of the injunction application.
Any1 knows wat is this issue about?

I Had been holding Eforce since 2009. Its a solid stock with good dividend. I'll not hesitate to whack more on weakness.

For the first quarter ending 31 March 2015, the Group registered a turnover of RM6.8 million, 17%
or RM979K higher than the same correspondence period last year. The increase in revenue is
contributed from all business segments, mainly from Application Solution (AS) segment and
Application Service Provider (ASP).

The profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter under review stood at RM2.841 million, slightly
decreased by RM3K compared to same period last year. This is mainly due to higher cost of sales
and operating expenditure from a newly acquired subsidiary.

exponential grow may happen if he managed to enter into new biz or new market which will contribute additional revenue and profit. It is only a linear grow with a strong fundamental, do not expect 100% share price up in next 3yrs.
