All the finances are setup for potential new projects.

In the latest PP announcement also mentioned that there could be more rooftop solar projects coming their way.

Now is just awaiting these projects to be announced.

Im trying my luck to que for the warrant. Hope this is not false hope haha

KUALA LUMPUR: VSolar Group Bhd merancang untuk melaksanakan tawaran saham persendirian sehingga 245,193,000 saham biasa baharu, mewakili 10 peratus daripada jumlah saham terbitan syarikat untuk membiayai projek fotovoltaik solarnya (PV).

Dalam makluman kepada Bursa Malaysia, VSolar berkata berdasarkan harga terbitan sebanyak 44.4 sen sesaham penempatan, harga terbitan saham penempatan akan mewakili diskaun sebanyak 9.94 peratus kepada jumlah harga purata wajaran lima hari saham dan termasuk tarikh boleh dijangka terkini (LPD) sebanyak 49.3 sen.

"Berdasarkan harga terbitan, RM10.44 juta daripada hasil akan digunakan untuk modal kerja bagi projek penyelesaian PV solar, manakala anggaran perbelanjaan untuk cadangan tawaran saham persendirian sebanyak RM445 juta," katanya.

Pada LPD, baki tunai dan bank kumpulan itu sebanyak RM43 juta, yang terdiri daripada hasil baki yang diraih daripada pengumpulan dana sebelum ini sebanyak RM36.1 juta hasil baki yang diraih daripada terbitan hak yang selesai pada 13 Julai dan RM6.9 juta hasil baki yang diraih daripada tawaran saham persendirian yang selesai pada 18 November
