One of the main reason why Vivocom share price became this low is because of too many free warrants introduced throughout the years besides the main reason which is 'Not showing profits' or growth in their order books.

The best solution for the moment will be....
1) Consolidate the shares.
2) Possible, extend the expiry of WC & WD
3) Get in new order books for the future.
These are the possibilities which can help revive the share price...
Not by giving more Free warrants!

2)Free warrant=> Vivocom-WG giving to shareholders to repalce Vivocom-WD
3)Announce dividend
4)Announce going to move to MainBoard
5)Announce the grabbing of new projects

There's no such thing in warrant history that one can replace an existing warrant.

Must also know about, how new warrants are given together with Rights Issue (RI).
When RI is introduced, than your share base increases also.
Than your price/share after listing goes down accordingly.

Let's take an open view.......
If I have a share (running my own listed company) which with good order books and hardwork has gone up from 0.20 to 1.00, ...
And I feel that there's more improvement but small shareholders cannot buy because became too expensive....
Than I'll sincerely come out with RI plus warrants (if needed) to dilute my shares,
So that more people can invest and make my company grow!

I mean after Vivocom-WC expired on 22 Jan 2020 (1 month 17 days),
then announce give shareholders one to one free warrant=> Vivocom-WF (Exercise price=2 cents)

Then after Vivocom-WD expired on 8 July 2020 (8 months later, very soon nia),
then announce give shareholders one to one free warrant=> Vivocom-WG (Exercise price=3 cents)

You got what i mean?
Do you know there are very common the listed companies giving free warrant as bonus to shareholders without any RI ?
I'm very desperate to own Vivocom-WF & Vivocom-WG very very soon !

Current price 0.02 (Market Cap = RM 113 Million nia), was very very undervalue for a good reputable profitable company !

In onder to fulfill listed in Main Board, it's Market Cap at least need to >= RM 500 Million (which is 5 times from current Market Cap)
So, it's share price should at least=> 0.02 * 5 = 0.10 (i.e at least 10 cents only eligible to be listed in Main Board) !

This day will come in soonest of time, for those who not yet onboard, should enter the last boat before the boat reached Suzhou, if not you will be regret later !
