If wanted to listed in Main Board, requirement is at least Market Cap >= RM500 Million

why Golden sold 23% share to Chia Kok Teong at only RM0.01 per share?? On 05/11/2015, they used cash RM13million to buy 605,840,000 shares from instacom. After bonus issue in 2016 and right issue (RM0.025 per share to subscribed, free warrant E) in 2018, their shares increased to 1,262,169,346..

Today (03/01/2020) they sold all of their shares to Chia Kok Teong with only RM0.01 per share..

yesterday (02/01/2020) 87.335 million shares done off market transaction at RM0.01 per share.

31/12/209 64.583 millions shares done off market at RM0.01 per share

somethings big is going on..

Why this Golden wants sell at such low price at RM0.01 since they can sell at open market for RM0.015 slowly, i know is hard for them to sell fast at open market, no many can absorb their huge shares..

This kind of off market transaction is really not fair to minority shareholders.. just like trade under table.. who's know what kind of deal between 2 of them under the table??
