As expected. Sell rate % is very high today. Anticipate more selling pressure in the coming days ahead and 4.5c might be gone pretty soon. Many people might still be unaware about the consolidation taking effect on Nov 3.

If they collected enough where majority sold at loss, then next step is to pump and dump since they control most tickets and not worry have to share the profit with you during the pump. And you'll start seeing stories coming up out of the blues to lure newcomers help push the price.

If they did not collect enough due to stubborn strong holders, then next step is to call for another round of rights issue to depress price until you go crazy or your shares becomes toilet paper. This means most of them are already gone or silently bought enough to average their cost close to 0.02.

Either way I see it, you lose. End of story for now.

Go to their office before batu caves (across highway just opposite Weir Minerals office) and you'll see nice cars parked in front. Spend few hours in the nearby mamak. You'll start to appreciate my story more and understand the bigger picture of the existence of such companies.

Actual story 1: timeline for remaining $25million rights issue proceeds from 2018 has ended in August 2020. No announcement has been made which means probably utilized for investment. Either that or Bursa close one eye and didn't force them to announce what are they going to do with it. Or probably just vanished into the pockets of directors.

Actual story 2: no updates of Coneff court case against Vivocon since early March 2020. Maybe due to MCO/Covid19 so the case has been delayed or on hold.

Stay tuned for more updates.

Yesterday sellers dominated the trading with 56.4M sold down at 4.5c out of total 59.8M traded. Sell rate 94.3%. Volume is 3.5x average traded volume.

Many here stuck for years. Gone thru 0.015 and 0.06 . Make no different. Entry point many fold of 52 week high. Can consolidated whatever , just don't ask for more right issue. Don't ask money to pay salary. Cannot perform , change a team who can perform

@Sapulah888 operator see so many comments in forum, feel like got interest in the company, so they spike it up, hoping to bait new players to come in and buy so that they can exit (in other words, pump and dump). However, too many people already know vivoCON's history as a con stock la, so there is no follow through buying. Best way is just to stay away from this kind of operator and stock.

This company has conned many from those earlier days when called Instacom.
Project started from Communication Towers than Neta Aluminium than Construction.
Changed names than introduced many issues like bonus and Rights as though benefiting the Retailers.
After issues of Billions and share price not moving, now want to consolidate.
Why?

Yes, we have the Sharks which have accumulated these shares and holding them till today in Billions/Millions.
They might be related to the main Company shareholders, playing for them for the years (maybe only)
