OR , If You Got Mother Shares By 2rd Dec 2020 , Today u will see ratio: New 2:1 Current
RI , Is You May Subscribe Mother Share At 0.10 And Get Frree Warran.

Ordinary Share = OR
Right Issue = RI

Example : I buy 100K Shares at Ex-Date (1st Dec) , On 2nd Dec Is Entitlement Date .
So you hae to hold mother share til 2nd Dec 5.00Pm Only be entitle for OR.

So 3rd Dec you See you have 100K mother share + 200K OR .

if u have 100K OR shares . if you convert to mother share you need to invest other Rm10K . if you dont want you can sell the share now at 0.010 = Rm1000.

So For People who buy above 0.160 , you may choose to subscribe to minimum your lost , and Ofc There is a high chance to come back!

operator are collecting high voloume at 0.115 , means if u convert your share 0.10 you have 0.015 gap to cover your lost !

Once you sell your OR, you are not entitled for RI and free warrant, pls do not sell your OR today as big sharks is buying at very low prices like 0.01 or 0.005... your choice..
