i have 900K mother share Bought at 0.150 , OR now i have 1.8million so i decide to sell 900K OR , And purchase 900K RI . To average my Mother share price .

so i get 900K*4=225,000*3(Warrant B) =(675K)Warrant B share .

So If Warrant B Start price is 0.05 = i make my profit from there .

675K X 0.05= Rm33,750

and ofc need hope mother share up as well then i will earn on both part .

actually it will depend on mother share price. I am trapped at 18 sen right now, if i subscribe RI, my mother share could be average down to 13 sen. So, if mother share will slowly move above 13, then i will make profit. But not to forget free warrants..it's purely profit already. I will decide next week, let's see how mother share price looks like..

Only a suggestion..
U have to consult wt remiser.

Free warrant is only from RI subscribed not mom anymore after t ex date. Either from OR that u entitled or purchase.
Both will combine same in ur profile.
Once u subscribe both OR u will entitled warrant.

Base on this why I suggest to sell everything yesterday n get back ur 15sen. Forget OR .
X headache.
Good nite sleep..

But if itchy hand...
Q buy back OR
U will get back mom + free warrant.
Some lucky trader make just by trade OR.
Some will only trade mom share start 10 Dec.

Worst.... just apply for excess OR.
Maybe once again u will get it free.

If u not lucky to get t access OR..
Just wait listing day..wt full bullet in ur hands.
Just shoot wisely..

i think mother price would go below 10 sen next week. if this happen, most people will surely sell the OR but the question is who's buying? you are very much welcome to sell but i will keep it even im trapped at 18 sen.

i have 50 k at 18 sen, that gives me 100 k OR. I will convert all 100k OR to mother share: that will give me 150k share at average 12.7 sen. From 150 k mother share, i will get 225k free warrants.

Let's say mother share will stay at 10 sen: i would lost RM 4050. (150 k share, average price at 12.7 sen)
lets say free warrants go up to 3 sen: i would gain RM 6750. (225k free warrants at 3 sen).

so, if you have money, keep your OR and subscribe to RI (convert to mother share and get free warrants).Just imagine if mother share will go back to 15 sen and free warrants move up to 5 sen.

Same as IPO.
Else they have to subscribe all t access.

Successful of RI much depends on t purpose of t RI itself..

2. Mom 18sen entitled u OR.
OR then will entitled u free warrant.
I think 100k OR will only entitle u 75k free warrant.
Pls double check wt ur remiser.

Ps.
Consider also buy mom..if break support below RI price..
Hope mom price will OK during 9 Dec until 17 Dec..

Mom will hold at 0.11 or likely to trend higher. If mother 0.10 or below, no one will be foolish to convert RI into mother at a loss just to get free warrants. Moreover warrant price still very much depending on mother. Low mother, low warrant price. The company's objective to get funding will fail if shareholders do not get any profit rewards for supporting the company share price.
