I wouldnt saybits pump and dump. Its more loke profit taking... come on, those who bought at 50 sen ots a very good gain now. Whem price is down not all the time is pump and dump. For tbose who bought at 1.60 shortvterm trader, yes, its pump and dump.

For those who bought at 50 sen， its good time to take profit as the stock is into consolidation. Ans buy back again after sold

So, there are many ways how u look at it, pump and dump, dimp and pump or no pump no dump or all oump no dump or dump all the way....all depends on which stage of price u were in.
