ESOS is an offer to eligible employees for them to subscribe { they can either accept or reject the offer } the scheme can be subscribe by any eligible employees at any time if they accept the offer. The scheme is normally open for a period of 5 years. If the ESOS price is higher then the current market traded price. The offer will lapsed after the said expiry time frame.
