Private Placement few rounds to get more money,
then the director acquires CCK Petroleum (Substantial Shareholder, Steven Kuah) company. Holding 35% shares and Fast is planning to buy another 35% at 28 mil. This is clearly to cash out the money from Fast to personal company. RM 28 Mil to buy 35% of the shares of the company with only RM500K paid up capital, RM32 mul annual revenue, with only RM900K net profit.

After the acquisition of the 35% shares of CCK Petroleum, & also share consodilation 6 to 1, then press the price down again.
