U can change the outcome. from company secretary friend of mine said, if we can vote against the resolution of share alottment during AGM, then the 'capable' BOD cannot issue ESOS, PP whatsoever in the next financial year!!!

i have undergone the era of TECHFAST (former founder), and the transition to FAST (current) and have enough patient to give chance for current BOD to make profit instead of huge losses and never-ending PP, RI, ESOS...

MUST be smart to play this counter. i bought at 4 cents recently. Suddenly company announced consolidation 6 to 1. SO MY COST is 24 cents. WHen company announced listing of ESOS,, I quickily sell at 21.5 cts. Now don"t know what the company is up to. IS GAMBLING
