Mlab has no business plan, no revenue generator to sustain it's huge expenses....cheating all the investors money for personal gains. Tell me if I am wrong, what do they have in term of market acceptable products and how many employees now? Answer is only disappointment and shameful to Mlab directors!

Virtually by right, their whole year sales revenue is less than any electrical shops in Malaysia. It should be delisting as it existence only do more harmful to its investors.

You are wrong as I just want to share my unselfishless advices to those new investors, so that they can put some thoughts before investing into mlab. Mlab is a empty and without any substances company. At least they won't invest blindly as compared to those existing mlab shareholders. Mark my words, the ESOS is only to con their shareholders to invest and with patients because we can get it around 0.055-0.06. Better take precautions than regret, isn't it?

Come on....acquired a RM1.00 Edition Assets S/B was a slap to mlab directors....creating this type of shameful and embarrassing news to attract investors. Really a real conman job! From footwear now into investing on property....you don't need to acquired a shell company just for the sake of business diversification! Just tell the world I got no business plan and I just keen to spend investors money!

I tend to agree to whar Steve_usa mentioned above. Rather than personal frustration, lets take it positively from the angle of what are the true values of MLab before investing in this counter. This may help other newbies not to be trapped in this game. My 2 cents.

Bat, I believe cityhunterer and kyosan can give you some clues since they are so smart. Mlab to me is only a shelf company without a core product to generate constant revenue. They only know how to con investors and their partners/employees to buy their ESOS, but why should we be bother to help them to buy at a higher price since we can get it ard 0.045-0.06...Mlab directors only know best how to spend investors money

Like I said, those like Fintec & Netx bought @0.15 with free warrant 2:1 and partners/employees bought @0.743 earlier still drop to 0.065....chances to drop further is higher and no point to chase higher unless RTO or change of current directors, especially the ED! So, best of luck to those shareholders cos it's no way out to get your investment back if you are blindly invested.
