（吉隆坡22日訊）達雅集團（DAYA，0091，主要板貿服）建議進行連串企業活動，包括收購2艘離岸海底建築船隻、私下配售、發行附加股和債券，及提升法定股本。

　配合上述企業活動，該公司向馬證交所報備，從下午2時半開始暫停交易。

　該公司晚間報備，將以1億4000萬美元（約4.44億令吉）收購SIEM DAYA 1船隻；同時以同樣價格收購SIEM DAYA 2，外加230萬美元（約730萬令吉）添購50公噸的起重機。

　在這9億560萬令吉收購中，有3億7366萬令吉通過企業活動融資，另外5億3194萬令吉則向金融機構貸款融資。

　另外，達雅集團將私下配售25%股權，再通過發行附加股集資2億3000萬令吉，並以每2股附加股配1憑單。該公司也會發出面值高達1億2000萬令吉債券，發售價有待確認。

　上述一系列企業活動，將會為達雅集團集得4億5763萬令吉資金，扣除收購船隻所需資金，將有7517萬令吉供應運資本用途，剩余880萬令吉則供上述建議開銷用途。

You need to wait for further details of how many OR entitle and the price.
But now still early, this proposal need to be approved by shareholders in EGM.

rough calculation about 800M shares if 30 cent therefore a 1:2 rights.3-4 cents eps on new shr issued of approx 2.4B.Have to wait for the circular and proforma....anyone wants to hazard a valuation???

Looking back i think maybe Daya moved up from 28sen to 34sen not because of Reach Energy but rather because insiders push up Daya to price the rights issue at a higher price. Or maybe both?
