PETALING JAYA: Nexgram Holdings Bhd has entered into two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with MyAngkasa Bina Sdn Bhd to jointly develop a parcel of land in Putrajaya and Cyberjaya measuring 26.83 and 5.91 acres respectively.

Nexgram told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the proposed Putrajaya project involved a mixed development components which comprise three blocks of condominiums and two blocks of apartments.

Nexgram added that the proposed Cyberjaya project involved a mixed development which comprise commercial shops, one block of high-end residential condominium, a four-star hotel and corporate office building.

I think BP already knew the great news, but they don't want to push it up more than 15 cents on last Thursday & Friday, instead was accumulating NG at 13 & 13.5 cents due to waiting for those contra players & ikan bilis who bought NG below 13 cents to throw it to them.

Hence, NG share price will be pushing up more than 15 cents and a lot of ppl will panic buying NextGem on coming monday!

（吉隆坡5日讯）NEXGRAM（NEXGRAM，0096，创业板）计划在布城与赛城，与MyAngkasa Bina合作发展房产计划。

双方昨日签署两项解备忘录，探讨龙溪（Dengkil）地区两个地段的发展计划。

在备忘录中，双方建议在布城进行综合发展计划，在面积达26.829英亩的地段，建设3栋公寓与两栋组屋。

至于布城综合发展计划，则将在面积达5.906英亩的地段，建设1栋高档公寓、1栋四星级酒店，以及1栋办公大楼。

在这两项计划中，NEXGRAM将负责房产发展计划的准证申请、建设发展以及融资；MyAngkasa Bina在完工后将收购相关计划。

I agreed with both kk123 and Gao. Tpy style is like VTan.

Nexgram is very under value company and low PE. However, becareful the trap, morning might shot up but will drop sharp to trap we all.

It worth to hold for middle term 2 to 3 month, not within a week. Myself hold nexgram and EAH since bonus since right. If the company is good, drop buy, drop again buy, and hold.

If based on Nexgram's financial performance & future prospect, it can be classified as a good fundamental penny stock bcos its earning growth will be huge in the next five years if all his corporate proposals & MOUs are materialized. So 15 cents & below is quite safe entry price for NG in short - long term.

For newbies, pls do your homework and trade at your own risk bcos all your buy / sell decisions is yours! Don't blame others & make noise if you are trapped in short-mid term.
