I hate this type of company. It is just a way for them to transfer the money out from the company. This TSSB got nothing, except the piece of paper from the Fiji Government.

I never been to Fiji (i believe many of us also never been there), so it is very risky to believe that this TSSB will develop the City, how long it would take, what is the progress....etc.

This is even risky that those China company that claim they have few hundred million cash in bank account, their factory get burn but cannot claim insurance....etc.

One thing sure is RM24million will be transferred out from the company.

So in the Balance Sheet you will see:-
i) Cash redeuced by RM24mil;
ii) Fixed Asset - Goodwill increase by RM24mil (because this company got nothing)

gone case alredy..it will drop back to 0.115..and then will frozen to 10 month b4 up again...all people here had being cheated..good company??? still not break 15 cent after a long long time, now dropping back...wasting time lol invest in here..i hold this company for 9 month alredy..so i know...you want 5 cent, 6 cent profit like asiabio, glotec, samudra, frontkn? sold ur warrant and share now, nexgram only will give ciput profit to the shareholder..one of the most worthless counter in dis quarter...financial result good?then price should steadily up, not stagnant or going down...even wintoni 1 month before financial up 2 cent becoz of gud financial...nexgram? pump and dump counter..stupid

up down up down... very common... be confident... plenty of people hold this counter.... push down the price very common.... so they can buy back at cheaper price and goreng again.... you can see today... WC was purposely pushed down to 6 sen by small quantities... this is unusual...

how long it will take to settle such legal case?
confirm prtasco will win the case?
confirm TSSB do not have a big project on hand which will benefit Nexgram?
What is the procedure to acquire a company like TSSB in this case?
where the 24m came from?
