Further to our announcement dated 22 September 2014, Protasco Berhad (“Protasco” or “Company”) wishes to provide additional information as follows:

Total amount of claims against the defendants

Against the 1st Defendant

- A payment of USD22 million;

- Pre-judgment interest on USD22 million pursuant to Section 11 of the Civil Law Act 1956 from the date of the Writ of Summons until the date of judgment at an interest rate of 5% per annum;

- Damages for the breach of the Restated SPA.

i played this share 2 weeks ago $ made decent profits. I was waiting for 12.5 sen again to re-enter but now with this adverse publicity I'm staying out until the dust settles.

The Board of Directors of Nexgram wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nexgram Land Sdn Bhd had on 25 September 2014 entered into a Share Sale Agreement with South Venture Holdings Limited, for the acquisition of Four Million and Two Hundred Thousand (4,200,000) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Top Symphony Sdn.
