U always like to argue even now u r losing big money , is it many old man character Same like u , I hope not ! When one day I get old , I will hope younger man better than me , I won't always mention how many year experiance I have becos is can't judge how good u r base on the experiance !
For example :
A got 30 years experiance but one month u trade one counter only ,
B got 10 years experiance but involve in 20 diff counter every Month .
If u are the judge , u think a or b experiance more valuable and reliable ?

After the local trader support buy at low , now they start to push up the klci , and spread news on the media and newspaper will have strong rebound , beware to buy more enter any counter !
I think the foreign investor will wait goverment n local agancy come in to push up klci and share price ,, So they can looking for better price to keep dispose their share .
Normally when you sell a land with ready projects to a developer either you are paid by the developer or progressively paid or given some property free of charge.So the financial loan taken by Nexgram for the land will be taken care by the developer. An EGM will be called soon for the approval and the detail will be disclosed soon.
The second project sold was RM 300mln and on profit sharing we too can reap profits.In good areas we are not worried the projects will be viable.So good news for all investors,I believe they did the right thing to terminate the contracts with Protasco as they will take off soon.

If it is profit sharing when the plans are approved,why not?They are talking about the revenue of the projects that can be generated when they sell the buildings.
If that a case, It should be able to trade at 8 or 8.5cts tomorrow. Kijun line of 8cts should be a phycological break out line to spur the interest of potential(look see) investor.
If this either one project on green light, NG properties link will got future. But if failed or delay and delay, TPY better selloff company to the others Tycoon.
