If share price below NTA meaning that the this counter seem have no potential by traders, but if higher meaning this counter given full trust by traders.. NTA is not mean the exact value of share because manipulation of account for a certain company. But it may shown as an indicator as I mentioned. Correct me if i was wrong

啟昌股權變動　鄭博毅成大股東

（吉隆坡5日訊）近期頻頻買入陷困公司大批股票的億豐網通首席執行員鄭博毅，本週購入啟昌集團（ASDION，0068，創業板）29.47%股權，成為該公司的大股東。

啟昌集團過去幾天都出現大批股權在場外易手，該公司今日公佈大股東變動，億豐網通首席執行員鄭博毅和那昌盛（譯音）在2日分別買進15.13%和19.47%股權，從而成為該公司大股東。

鄭博毅和那昌盛之後在4日分別增持952萬股和749萬股，持股增至29.47%和30.76%。

而該公司的董事經理葉大智和另一名執行董事蔡學光（譯音）則宣布減持股權，葉大智共售出1445萬股，將持股降低至17.20%。

而蔡學光則悉數售出直接持有的303萬7800股。

值得注意的是，鄭博毅此前也曾買進凱達綜合紡織（HYTEXIN，5058，主板消費股）、PETONE資源（PETONE，7027，主板貿服股）、昱昇科技（WINSUN，0141，創業板）和大馬雅藝（MAEMODE，7075，主板工業股）等陷入困境的公司的股權。

啟昌集團在截至2013年3月31日止的財政年，營業額為599萬6000令吉，但面對257萬8000令吉的虧損。該股週五收在0.38令吉。

Kamaru, I had called 2 investment bank offices, to ask about how a 0.085 share company can issue 0.30 share to pay for their newly acquired building. Unfortunately, both bank officers could not give me an answer. One of them did called the related share registrar, but the answer given was pending for EGM result. No other answer. If the EGM approve the resolution of issuing 0.30 share, will these shares be listed at 0.30 or follow the market price of 0.085? If the new shares will be listed at 0.30, why not so many people buying the share now? I totally puzzled?????Perhaps the sifu out there can offer their valuable comment.

mowwa tak paham mowwa tak paham apa wa cakap... 1 kali lagi lain cara: beli tanah bayar pakai issued shares using inflated price is not a problem- at the same time u can inflate the price of land as if it was the face price (tipu sikit up sikit) , by the way the seller of the land will reduced their cukai jualan tanah significantlly...because of the barter trade...mowwa...paham ke tak paham ke tak....jangan buat2 tak faham...jaja-jangan bubu-at ta-ta-tak papa-paham...mari beli beli nova ..this u must surely understand hehe hekhok hekhok hekhok

nextnat long run?... i think good and can catch 20 cents...but market are not accepting it yet...by the way i still don't understand why TA suggested TP of just 8 cents for nextnat...may be they knew more or may be the right issues proposed will dilute your money significantly....better go for novamsc ...let's watch within 2 weeks...correction don't just watch...buy nova novanovanova.
And nextnat has been traded heavily for the past few monts...yet cannot breakout...patience is running out...it might went under 5 cents...gabra and panic...if this situation continues
