The Amendment was made pursuant to Clause 7.1.2 of the Deed Poll which states that:-
“The Company may from time to time without the consent or sanction of the Warrant Holders make
any alteration or modification to this Deed Poll which, in the opinion of the Company:-
(i) is not materially prejudicial to the interest of the Warrant Holders; or
(ii) to correct a manifest error; or
(iii) to comply with mandatory provisions of the laws of Malaysia or the Relevant Regulations; or
(iv) is necessary or expedient to take into account changes to SICDA, the Rules of Bursa
Depository or any other changes in the law or any change in central depository (as defined by
the SICDA) from Bursa Depository or in the nominee company of the central depository (as so
defined) for the time being.”
Therefore, the Amendment is not subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company, the Warrant
Holders or any other relevant authorities. The Amendment shall be effective from 23 May 2013.
3.0 DOCUMENTS FOR INSPECTION
Copies of the Deed Poll and the Supplemental Deed Poll are available for inspection at the registered
office of the Company at Level 7, Menara Milenium, Jalan Damanlela, Pusat Bandar Damansara,
Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, during business hours from the date of this Notice up to
and including the earlier of the date on which the last Warrants are exercised or on 16 May 2022, being
the expiry date of the Warrants.
4.0 DIRECTORS’ RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
This Notice has been seen and approved by the Board and they collectively and individually accept full
responsibility for the accuracy of the information given in this Notice and confirm that after having
made all reasonable enquiries and to the best of their knowledge and belief, there are no false or
misleading statements or other material facts the omission of which would make any statement herein
false or misleading.

not goreng.This company is profitable. Next P n L is tis mth. Last March the P n L eps was 40 cts .Highest ever for the last 4 quarters.If u know anyone inside, if this mth they declare an EPS that is more than 40cts, likely the stk will be up.gyaphong made a bold move to enter at 9 cts.He maybe rewarded id this mth P and L is more than 40 cts.Good luck kawan !

This company takes long long long time to slowly do their work. So so so slow until nobody cares, then only attack. Property development is long long long long process. How come so many short term speculator playing this stock? I don't see much up or down side maybe just 0.5c enough to pay for Starbuck coffee.
