Telecommunication software player Nexgram Holdings Bhd announced its wholly-owned subsidiary Nextnation Network Sdn Bhd had signed a share sale agreement with Power Solution Group Ltd to acquire 186,000 shares or 18.6% stake in Godynamic Investments Ltd for RM18.53 million cash.

The acquisition will increase Nextnation’s stake in Godynamic to 69.6%, from 51% currently.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia this evening, Nexgram (fundamental: 2.1; valuation: 1.7) said the acquisition of the stake was based on the future prospects and potential earnings of Godynamic, stemming from the service agreement that its 84%-owned subsidiary PT Flower Star Media had signed with Small Guard Inc on March 20, 2015.

The recent acquisition of another 18.6% in Godynamic Investment is beneficial for nexgram as it will have stronger grip on the telecommunication company in decision making as it now has more than 2/3 majority equity shares and more added saleable value.

DRwarrant. Why get stuck in a share that takes ages to move up 1 sen up or down. Look at all the opportunity loss by being invested in such a slow counter while other counters have moved and you could have locked into good profits.

Nexg might move but you will have to wait a lonnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggg time. I know everybody bought this stock because its linked to Wintoni and hoping that this stock will be another Wintoni. Well wait lah...for a lonnnnnnnggggggggggggggggg time.

Do you all realise that for this stock to move all the other warrants have to move in tanderm..NexG-WA, WB and WC. That is a lot of money needed to push NexG. So while you wait, you missing out on good opportunities, to name a few Krono, systech, fronkn, jaks, nova....the list is so long. Market is not going to be HOT forever.

With 2/3 majority you probably will have more absolute power like changing the Memorandum of Articles and disposal of assets.But this still subjects what is being stated in the articles itself.
Before it reaches 16c,it is unlikely the warrants will move.
I am anticipating a private placement to raise fund for the acquisition and projects and maybe a revaluation for its lands in cyberjaya and putrajaya to enhance its value with approved plans for its project.
Now the directors may be slowly collecting the shares in anticipation of the new valuation.
