I guess a lot of you have mistaken Dato' Ooi as Director of Nexgram. Actually, he is not but merely one of a substantial shareholders. Therefore, he does not have direct info on the affairs of the company. That's why he is not required to give notice to trade during closed period as compared to Tpy. In addition, pls take note that he did not contra off the 10mil shares that he bought end of last month. If the situation is bad, he should have done the same by disposing it. This shows that he also anticipates potential upside of the share price but may be do not have the holding power for the additional 5.2mil shares . You can see that Tpy is not disposing. So, why worry? Do you think Tpy is stupid to buy substantial shares at 12.5sen and 12 sen during the closed period? Think twice! Pls take note that the best time to buy is when the selling is overdone.
