Par value will not affect the share price. Bcos nta and eps maintain. You will see the nta and eps will be double when par value is 5 sen. Bcos the money is used to generate profit e.g acquisition of land, angkasa project, business venture etc. Money is still in the company.

Again, Dr W shown his Clown nature again... if he can contribute like Steveooikp does, then only he is qualified to criticize others. But, unfortunately, he just know how to bark!
If a Company agree to give back excess fund to shareholders after reduction of par value, then only will stimulate immediate price uptrend. If fund keep in Company for future use, price will up slowly.. I sincerely wish NG price will up to 11-12 cents soon, i still have balance of 250,000 units in hand.
