Yes. Become another Berjaya Group. Gather all business transparent, become big group. Nexgram hard property company, combine manufacturing, become brick and mortal. Theory should goes up after EGM. Maybe market may react faster than actual EGM.

Looks like iretex shareholders benefit more. Lost making change to profit making. Factory change to property company. Not liquid shares change to liquid shares. If Nexgram price goes up then only worth the expensive exchange. Else iretex looks benefit more.
