Syed Omar Syed Mohamed, 47, was charged under Section 471 of Penal Code, carrying a jail term for up to two years or a fine, or both, upon conviction.



He was charged with using a false document, purportedly from the University of Sunderland, to obtain the post of CEO at Damansara Realty Berhad, an investment holding company located at Level 10, Wisma Chase Perdana, Brickfields, in June 2013.
