@sell. I think you better study who is Ozura, the one you said as insider. They are former creditor who being alloted ICPS as a settlement for their money owed by Nexgram. Ozura has no intention to be insider (long term investor) as their representative even not be elected as Board of Directors. If they want, they actually can join BOD because their shareholding is more than 10%.

Even at the current price, Ozura will gain more compared to if they are paid cash as settlement of their loan granted to Nexgram.
The ICPS alloted at "cheap price" because at the time of allotment of ICPS, the price of Nexgram was too low.

I THINK OZURA NOT NECESSARILY DISPOSING HER SHARE BECAUSE OF QR LOSS PROBABILTY.

Vaccine news 25/11, I think tak ramai orang tahu. Or jerung takde orang dalam, kalau tak hari ni dah lompat. Nexgram ni biasanya dah 2, 3 hari deal baru announce. Positifnya, Nexgram ni memang betul2 buat kerja. Bukan nak dapat duit dari share trading. Anyway, soon sure lompat punya. Grab la berapa banyak yg boleh selagi harga murah ni.

Saya dah lama buat telahan tentang kemungkinan usaha Nexgram untuk buat bisnis VAKSIN tu. Atas dasar hubungan yang baik antara syarikat atau anak syarikat dengan pe,bekal dari China malah juga dari Korea melibatkan peralatan perubatan dan Covid-19 test kit.

Melalui anak syarikatnya yang terlibat dalam perniagaan vaksin sudah tentu ada usaha ke arah itu.Nexgram juga mempunyai kelebihan dari segi menggunakan sepenuhnya Tracvirusnya yang boleh digunakan untuk pemeriksaan dan pensijilan digital Test Covid-19 dan tersedia juga untuk perkhidmatan perekodan dan pensijilan vaksinasi. sudah tentu pihak kerajaan MOH/MKN boleh mempertimbangkan kelebihan ini bagi mendapat kebenaran/persetujuan/kontrak dari mereka.

Kalau for sure syarikat telah mendapat persetujuan dari mana-mana pembekal seperti dilaporkan, saya rasa kemungkinan ianya berkemungkinan diperoleh melalui pengeluar negara China atau Korea.
