Issue 2.3 Billion IPCS to Mazru and Ozura at RM0 01. 2 IPCS get 1 Share then they will sell the share. Last quarter convert 600 million IPCS to share, still got 1.75 Billion IPCS to be convert. We will stuck here for a long time. This company using shareholder money to pay dept at the same time diluting our share. That is why the share so heavy to move up.
