with only 0.77 NTA, 25 cents EPS and 5 cents dividend? With currently price of 6.50. Need to spend 22 years to earn the current price. Only less than 1% dividend yield of current price. The company is depended on skillful staffs. Very risky investment. This stock is totally overvalue.

Don't look at the share price. Look at the earnings. If earnings continue to hit record high, RM9 is also not overvalued.

Yes I understand but even with growth in earnings the P/E is very rich valuation at 39+
