the worse case scenario is: Company decided to scrap the structure and factory, declare bankrupt and default DL his Rm21mil compensation, leave DL with the piece of land which eventually he need to work from scratch for the mining again. that will be a lose-lose situation for every1.
best scenario is of course both parties sapu the share at current low price , then take a step back each , meet up to settle matters and let the company resume business, then the share price rise back up again all will be happy
Whats the benefit for both camp and investor if the company burn into scrap.
Is better to reduxe tension and we aa shareholder shout for calm and talk it thru. Let the company rebud. If they stay together could be another great chapter for the company. Then at now threw a touch and burn it all
* DL will continue to charge the company with 60k/month for the remaining lease of 17 years or so whether the company is in operation or not * DL will continue to charge the company with 300k/month for the factory if not removed * For now, DL is set to get the compensation of RM 21m++ for sure * No payment of compensation from the company and the company doesnt want to use the factory as a means of compensation * DL will enforce judgement debt * Upon enforcement of judgement debts , the company is put under receivership by DL * Receivers will be called to run the business * No dismantling of factory is allowed under receivership hence scrapping the factory is out of the question * DL will buy from the buy from the receiver after deduction of what is owed to DL by the company ( the outstanding debts owing to DL could be substantial with the rental charges even though the gold mining is at halt) * In the end, DL owns everything and the value of his shareholding of 16 % is restored * On top of that, his shareholding could have been increased by 10 folds or more through purchase from the existing shareholders during the process of receivership * DL still got nothing to lose in the end but stand to gain more in the end
As we know if fl and the gang take the company it will be production halt, highly possible of dismantle factory, searching for suitable site to build factory if available is the sublease land, serving loans and debts and court dispute
If dl lost could be Losing part of its income, a company that he build from strach , court cases and other related cases
By looking at whats the benefit for both camp. Aint is better be wise than be fool. Sit down and talk thru then war mongering around. Shareholder definately in the losing site if still continue.
Too much noise around, is time to calm down then saying these and that. If there is irregularities let the authority do their work.
For us is for them to calm down. Talk it thru. Be wise than being a fool
is all show by DL, either he sapu more shares to fully control or he is voted out. Anyhow, he can't take back the lease nor he can do the mining alone.
However he have other mining from others comments i saw. So i dont know he is desparate or not. But seeking truce will be better for all.
As they are wise person of rhese two prominent businessman to gain more then losing more so is t they able to talk or not to iron out some complication of so which both of them only know
For me, the share holding might not be the call now as rhe announcement all out stated clearly trepass and dismatle the factory which become zero production on coming months.
So now is important that they able to talk and call off the shit then i belief a strong rebound coming
* DL is whacking the existing BOD hard with maximum bash * Though DL has suffered loss on paper as well , he knows his loss can be restored eventually after his objective has been met. * As said, DL can wait but others cant.....
tug of war on the share price with day traders coming in to short the market.....cant see how the price be able to rebound to RM0.20 unless one side put in RM50M to push up the price...either way DL may opt to leave the company with whatever cash he can get from selling off his shares.....looking at the way he fight his war it to let the other party take over and he leaving the field as soon as possible. This line need specialize workers and technical workers which may resign and joint DL new factory..............end up BV may only have a piece lease land with no factory & worker.....for the new party to move this counter they may need to inject new business and diversify into other segment
* No sign of DL disposing his shares in the company except Amir and his son so far despite of substantial falls * That shows DL is still passionate about this company as a money making machine * What pisses him of is the bunch of cocky ones are planning to outcast him and his son and comrade Amir * From the action of DL , he is unlikely to back off with FL * Unless his opponents have holding powers , they might not stand the heat and back off
