Let's put things in perspective... Technically BV is operating without a valid mining licence. I believe BV would have applied for the licence 6 months before the expiry. In other words the application is pending. Since the application is under review by the authorities, I do not think BV mining operations is deemed illegal

My guess is South sea license was revoked in Nov after it was found they cheated on the actual output and Bahvest may have applied for the licence in Nov, Is pending approval?

Bahvest shud come out with a statement to clarify soonest possible
