To recap, in the consolidation proposal letter they sent to the investor before, in page 3, where they show the calculation, it mentioned:

"the theoretical adjusted reference price after adjustment = 0.04"

0.04

Seems far away from 0.015.

Eduspec qtr 2 result should be out latest 29.10.20.

We wait see any improvement.
Lesser lost or small profit ?
Bad debt recovery?
Surprise announcement ?
Cash on hand increase ?
BOD changes ?

Just 2 weeks away.
Trade and invest using own stragety.
Dont follow other.
Make own decision.

Note:.
All the while bad news , clean up and reorganized.. never even once qtr give good never...NEVER..
But still many long term investors hold on to this counter..

2020.

Speaker Tan Sri Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof said he received a letter signed by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announcing a revision in the schedules of the second and third meetings of 14th Parliament’s third term, which will see, among others, a deferment in the tabling of Budget 2021 to Nov 6.

The revision was done in accordance with Rule 11(2) and 15(2) of the Dewan Rakyat council of assembly, he said.

This budget 2021 will reveal a lot of catalyst.
