CIMB's TP RM1.38 is not the blue sky scenario, it has more upside to go, with new students from AUCMS and EGPYT, there will contribute to SMRT's revenue, imagine 240 medical students, each paying RM55k per year for the next 4-5 years! 240 x 55 = RM13.2m!! wait, all these students coming in, your margins for this students should be close to 30-40% cause it is medical student, you only need to pay a few more lecturers to teach more classes, your facilities are all there, so you are going economies of scale! in fact 30% is too conservative

13.2m x 30% = RM3.5m per year! not factored in? This stock will be rerated to RM1 after main market! just see and believe!

Reiterate what I've previously mentioned, next week I'm expecting smrt to have some pullback or possibly correction to occur before it shoots higher.
