Private placement is usually a good news, guys. Imagine a Company can negotiate with a specific investor even though the investor can buy the shares from the public yet choose to enter into a PP arrangement. There must be certain terms and conditions that attract the investor to commit with DGSB. I'm already vested and on the boat. This speed boat will leave anytime from now.

Omesti selling because change in Boardroom and Management. There is no RI and Consol.........only PP to raise fund for expansion of new stuffs.

On the price of share from 14sen to 9sen is correction and if you're caught there in between don't be sore loser to shout here......not you alone that bought high.

Later we will know who is telling the truth on DGSB.........by then hope you recover and made profit on it and go off from here because badmouthing it b4...))
