Jason...just buy n keep n trust Sara n looiks too. The PP investor will not be announce in i3. Do not try to time the market n price when it will shoot up. Nobody can catch that. Most of us already in, just try luck to buy cheaper which consider is additional.bonus. Soon or later, the name of PP will be appear in newspaper too.

（吉隆坡21日讯）DGSB（DGSB，0131，创业板）建议，私下配售高达1亿3558万7700股新股，相等于股票数量不超过10%，预计筹集1220万2893令吉，主要用于营运资本和偿还短期债务。

该公司向交易所报备，假设发售价为9仙，预计将筹集1220万2893令吉。

从中筹得的资金，其中700万令吉和254万令吉，将分别用于ISS咨询（泰国）有限公司及DGSB的营运资本、250万令吉偿还短期债务，及支付16万令吉与私下配售相关开销。

DGSB指出，进行私下配售将加强公司的资本状况及允许他们筹得资金，在无需承担额外融资成本下，达到营运资本要求。

因此，董事部认为，私下配售是达到集团短期融资需求的最具成本效益方式，同时，从资本市场筹资也是最快完成的方式。

完成后，公司股票规模将从13亿5587万7090股，扩大到14亿9146万4790股，缴足资本则从1亿5083万3829令吉，增加至1亿6303万6722令吉。
