I think 6 months "emergency" is good. Budget 2021 will be passed by PM with no issues. No snap election during COVID peak period. And NIIS project CAN be considered as a COVID priority project, due to foreign worker movement etc. Maybe then PM can award this to Iris, MYEG and S5 as speculated.
