OTHERS WINTONI GROUP BERHAD (WINTONI OR THE COMPANY) - Delay in submission of the unaudited quarterly report on consolidated results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2015 (Third Quarter Results)

urther to the Company’s announcements made on 25 November 2015 and 17 December 2015 respectively.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the outstanding Third Quarter Results will not be ready for submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) by 31 January 2016. This is due to the fact that the independent third party audit firm appointed on 27 November 2015 had terminated their engagement. The Company is in the process of identifying other independent third party audit firms to provide the opinion on the Third Quarter Results.

The Company is expecting to submit its Third Quarter Results on or before 29 February 2016.

Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Securities in due course.

The trading in Wintoni’s shares has been suspended since 8 December 2015 pursuant to Rule 9.28(5) of the Ace Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad until further notice.

This announcement is dated 29 January 2016.

The explanation is fxxking dramatic. Buying more time tomato a flawless report n show to public, then bring all the small small investors like me to holland again.. I can see the Holland's flag is waving not far from me... Maybe they want to receive blessing instead of cursing during this CNY.. That's y they choose on or before 29th Feb 2016. What a brilliant idea...?!

Klau nk delisted mmg 180 hari...bsamaan 6 bulan..dari tarikh wintoni kena suspended..maksudnya wintoni suspended bln 12 kan...so akn delisted bulan 6....klau hujung bln 2 xsummit lg,maksudnya dah 90 hari....still ad lg 90 hari....
