I think the AI you mention is at grade 4 or grade 5, the car with fully automation in real life still have a lot of obstacles to solve, including the road regulations. I read few research paper few month ago stimulation of car auto pilot in enclosed experiments is possible now.

The technology and design IP licensing current projects are progressing well. There are many fabs going through the
upgrade and expansion in the past five years and there are 33 new fabs being built in the past two years.

The Group is currently engaged in several similar projects in Asia and Europe in the early stage


(Petaling Jaya, 25 January 2021) Key ASIC announced today that it has inked a contract valued at RM21,000,000 for FIRST part of the project with Canvas Technology to provide product, technology and design IP development strategy, planning and implementation for a wafer fab.

The project is planned to have multiple parts and contracts of subsequent parts are expected to follow in the near future.

Part 1 of multiple contract of wafer fab .
Technology and Design IP development and Licensing

Rm 21,223,125+ 11m current revenue=33m
Market caps =33 ×8=264m
264m/1.17b = 22.5 sen Tp 1

Part 2 sifu est. 16m(may b higher than 21m ,discount 20%)
33+16=49M X 8 = 392m = 33.5 sen tp 2

Part 3 sifu est 12m (may b higher than 21m, discount 40%)
33+16+12=61M X 8 =488m= 41.7 sen tp 3

As more new contract comes in. Valuation keep increase .

My sifu est....all wild guess shown to me . Sorry sifu .

1. 5g and related iot due to the pm digital plan.
2. Medical iot advancement worldwide especially in china with partnership with 800 hospital .
3. Ev related iot chips design.
4. Silterrra turn around and expansion participation.
5. more wafer expansion project like the latest one .

Their service and experi3nce will be very sought after.
If nobody know is a gem. If everyone knows is cash.
