Too early to realize that. But if it realized, then the earning will shoot up. This is long term play.

Just imagine this is AMEDIA "IPO" in main board, you hardly find any such good earnings record firm with very low valuation.

Having said that, short term trend is not clear.

It is very funny to see the TA recommend sell based on P/E 5, though current P/E less than 5. Take Maybank analysts, in this case, the most conservative analyst would likely say HOLD instead of SELL when actual stock price is lower than target price.

TA do not consider re-rating possibility when transfer to main board. We all know the target PE in ACE market is low due to many reasons. The annual report will be released soon in 1st quarter, see if TA still have any shareholdings on this stock. If TA shareholding increase with SELL call, this could be a very contradicted call. Check it in coming annual report.
