when ever I'm on MRT or LRT, I'm always pay attention to the advertisement played as there is nothing else to do? So I would say it's a brilliant idea.

Based on last few examples, more likely to confirm to approval these few days. It could be tomorrow or wed. This may be the reason buying up emerge today. I wont say the price will up tomorrow but at least will gain some support.
