翻新服務公寓成高檔住宅大樓

根據集團董事經理李建邦，大馬機構產業與日本聯營夥伴正敲定一棟服務公寓大樓的收購計劃，這座名為Forest Nanpeidai的房產坐落東京中部澀谷的時尚富裕住宅區，計劃會翻新成為高檔住宅大樓。
大馬機構產業預計這項房產計劃的發展總值達8千900萬美元（約3億2千300萬令吉）。
李建邦告訴《The Edge》說：“我們決定拓展海外市場時，就決定投資世界級都市。這是考慮到這些都市的吸資魅力，它們持續吸引全世界的投資者，還有尋找就業機會的人。無可否認，在這些都市中，倫敦和東京肯定榜上有名。”
去年4月，大馬機構產業透過子公司大馬機構遠東有限公司（Amcorp Far East Ltd）與Grosvenor Asia Pacific有限公司、NRJ投資有限公司和True Lead投資有限公司達成共同投資協議，以1億3千萬美元初步資金設立聯營公司。
Grosvenor Asia是英國Grosvenor集團子公司，是大馬機構產業倫敦多個房產投資與發展項目的合作夥伴。NRJ投資和True Lead投資則是香港最大私人發展商南豐集團的子公司。
李建邦：合作模式很重要
李建邦說：“對我們來說，合作模式非常重要。許多投資者往往認為，小型房產發展商進軍海外市場的風險不小，我們的模式卻不一樣，我們會與世界級大公司攜手出擊。”
除了上述房產，大馬機構產業也有意買下東京六本木的服務公寓大樓Court Annex Roppongi。
3月28日，大馬機構產業宣佈與新加坡旅店置業（HPL）、英國Native Land，以及新加坡主權財富基金淡馬錫（Temasek）共同發展泰晤士河南岸的拉德蓋特屋（Ludgate House）和桑普森屋（Simpson House）重建計劃。
李建邦表示，淡馬錫成為大馬機構產業最新聯營夥伴，顯示了全球投資者對該公司的信心。（星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版）

for AMprop PA.. not need u can have a choice to redeem it to 0.50 per share or 2 PA in exchange of 1 amprop mother share. 0 exercise price

I personally agree with you... but the general investor sentiment who does not know much about PA normally do not choose that. Afterall it is fairly new to Malaysian investment context. But yea, the PA is something I would say more powerful a normal option or warrant.... and it pays dividend tooooo at 4%. At 0.42, whoever who buys it are biggest winner
