If u did not have bank exposure, u can consider ambank.

1. Its price to book value is 50%
2. Its dividend yield above 5% pa
3. Pe below 10x
4. It should not be impacted much from falling interest rates bcos its loan most are make up from fix rates.

The bank is growing nicely

Selling insurance product but staff claiming is better than FD as guaranteed returns 4%. Asked the staff print the illustration, only then shows the real pucture. Never trust but ask for a copy of illustration, check the surrender value after 5 years (for eg), then plus the so called guaranteed amount given annually, will know better. Nothing is free, selling insurance products like FD is very unethical. Hopefully buyers know what they bought.
