At the sector level, energy and industrials rose 3.8% and 2.2%, respectively, to lead the S&P 500 higher. Financials were up more than 1%.

Both the Dow and S&P 500 logged strong weekly gains, boosted by Pfizer’s news on Monday that the vaccine it is developing with BioNTech was more than 90% effective in a trial. This caused a rotation into the cyclical stocks that would benefit from an economic comeback next year. Investors dumped technology shares which have held up during the pandemic.

Expect shorterm hit 4.00. With positive outcome from vaccine and even though CMCO but more n more companies borrow loan with lower interest and morantorium still charging interest to those late payer. Still look good on this counter.

CIMB market cap will up 10X? you serious? You'll be lucky if he ever go 3X. CIMB is a bluechip, and if you want to 10X your money, blue chip is not the place to bet your money. If CIMB can 10x market cap, then how big will Maybank be? RM800 billion company in 10 years time?

Several other cities on Saturday also saw gatherings of Trump supporters unwilling to accept Democrat Joe Biden’s Electoral College and popular vote victory as legitimate. Cries of “Stop the Steal” and “Count Every Vote” rang out despite a lack of evidence of voter fraud or other problems that could reverse the result.

Trump’s motorcade
The demonstrations in the nation’s capital went from tense to violent during the night and early Sunday. Videos posted on social media showed fights, projectiles and clubs as Trump backers sparred with those demanding they take their “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) hats and banners and leave. A variety of charges, including assault and weapons possession, were filed against those arrested, officials said. Two police officers were injured and several firearms were recovered by police.
