LOL... like public bank after the divident and share divident.. it is moving like a tortouise.... maybank and cimb wil be the same cos they will decrease their divident and people will not look at them anymore.. get it.. u know the mechanics... public bank has only doubled since 2009.. ambank has gone up 4 time almost.. hlbank up 3 times.. maybank cimb up 3 times.. get it.????? ur cimb and maybank days are over ler..

Not sure ccc5197, but you can accumulate through stages... but as for financial counters in MAL... there is always a rebound :)

Under the DRS(Dividend reinvestment scheme) the price was fixed at RM6.90 per share. So, can consider when the price is around RM7.35 to RM7.40. Accumulate stages by stages ... also depends on how soon US can conclude their debt ceiling.The choice is on your hands!!

Why is everybody worrying about US debt ceiling brinkmanship? The epicenter of quake will be in USA and much less so in Emerging Asia. Lew will probably be flying to Beijing n Tokyo to convince both CBs not to sell US Treasuries. I do not think there will be very much pull out of EA after the first mention. Carry trade fellows had already taken their fright out. Value investing institutions will still see the growth, undervalued currencies and the demographics of huge burgeoning middle income consumers.
EA has been indifferent to the brinkmanship. This budget is a game changer for our public finance. We have the Sporeans, PRC commitments. So guys invest with peace of mind.

I am having a gutt feeling that this time is going to exclusive... the last time it hit RM8.09 [rebound due to sharp drop] then drop to 7.39 [lowest from last week]... when this time it reaches RM8 it will saturate abit... then maybe go down a bit... but will shoot up to RM8.50 ++... nearly end of Jan it will drop again... be aware... just a feeling... i may be critically wrong...
