since it was listed with ipo price of 5.00 i hv never seen cimb drop below ipo price. during 2008 down lowest price was 5.30 if am not wrong.

I managed to buy at 5.65 in 2008 and already sold. enter again in 2011 at 6.95 ( lowest dat time was 6.45) already sold. so now 2013 am monitoring again this cimb.

The report on CIMB by SinChew, 27/8/13(http://biz.sinchew.com.my/node/81040?tid=18)is pretty good. I kind of agreed with the unfavorable outlook of CIMB especially its biz in Indonesia. My another concern is the Nazib’s UMNO presidential election at the end of the year, albeit it is very unlikely to lost, but who knows. I cut some points from CIMB but will still hold it for long term.

Maybe keep for long term can reach back RM8 - 3 months maybe? Maybank dipped 9.6 lowest then all the sudden shot back up RM10 [might be due to the fact that they posted the DRP for dividend].... so I am guessing that when CIMB announce the date for dividend it'll shoot back up. Only question is, when? [i might be DARN WRONG!]
